We want you to love your Chicmadem experience. If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• If the item is faulty or damaged, we’ll send a new one free of charge.

• For wrong sizes, we offer one-time exchanges or a discount for your next order.
